GARDEN MAINTENANCE
New Eco offers professional gardening services for residential and commercial properties. Typical maintenance visits include:
Standard maintenance services include:
• Weeding, aeration, and raking out of planting beds
• Trimming, pruning and deadheading of perennials, grasses, hedges, shrubs and trees up to 12’ tall
• Clean up and removal of organic debris (leaves, small branches, etc.) from planting beds and patio areas
• Hand watering plants (if applicable) mowing of lawn (if applicable)
• Overseeing general garden and plant health and addressing concerns
SPRINKLER & DRIP IRRIGATION SERVICES
New Eco offers sprinkler and irrigation system installations as well as service and maintenance for automatic drip and in-ground systems. If repairs need to be made to the system, materials and labor costs are additional to the prices below.

One Time Gardening Service
$495 /visit; includes 4 man hours, billed per visit. $95 each additional man hour. Materials /off-site garbage disposal are additional.
Seasonal Package
Package starts at $2,400/yr; includes 6 man hours per visit. $95 each additional man hour. Materials/off-site garbage disposal are additional.
Monthly Package
Package starts at $350/month; includes 4 man hours per visit. $95 each additional man hour. Materials/off-site garbage disposal are additional.
Bi-Monthly Package
Package starts at $500/month; includes 3 man hours per visit, billed monthly. $95 each additional man hour. Materials /off-site garbage disposal are additional.
Weekly Package
Package starts at $700/month; includes 3 man hours per visit, billed monthly. $85 each additional man hour. Materials/off-site garbage disposal are additional.
Plant Design / Install Package
Design Packages starting at $1,495.
$250 planning /consulting fee includes site visit + proposal. (Drawings / design are additional) $1,500 minimum for plantings. Delivery fee charge separately.
