DESIGN PROCESS & PACKAGES
Great Outdoor Spaces starts with Exceptional Design
2. GETTING TO KNOW OUR CLIENT
Now that you've decided to get started on your design, it's time to get familiar with how you want to use the space. We spend time with each of our clients discussing how they envision putting the space to use. Do you want a space designed around hosting guests, or a private garden oasis...or maybe both? In this step, we hone in on all of your desired elements, the amount of open space, fencing, seating, furnishings, plants, fixtures, hardware, irrigation and more.
1. INITIAL CALL & VIRTUAL VISIT
Let us know some basic information about your space during our free initial phone call or virtual meeting. After our first chat, we encourage potential design clients to fill out our design quiz and send us some pictures of the space as it currently exists. During this brief call we can discuss your needs, priorities, problems and preliminary budget. This first call usually takes about 10-15 minutes. After this call you can decide if you want to move forward with one of our landscape design packages.
3. DESIGNING YOUR DREAM LANDSCAPE
During the design process, we take into account every opportunity the space has to offer, in combination with the client's wants and needs in order to deliver a V1 design draft that satisfies as many checkmarks as possible for the client. After the first draft, and receiving client feedback, we proceed with 1-2 rounds of revisions to settle on an approved final design that falls in line with your budget.
During the design process, we present plant selections, pots and planters, hardscaping options, furniture and built-in options, material selection, layout options as well as outdoor kitchen ideas if applicable.
A completed design concept package is then delivered to the client.
4. DESIGN PACKAGE & BUDGET
After the landscape design is approved, we proceed with putting together a full design package that includes:

-
Full color renderings of the space
-
2D layout construction documents
-
Plant storyboard (proposed plants)
-
Itemized Materials list
-
Estimated Budget
Take our design survey to help us understand your desired style, as well as gather information on your garden's current size, lighting conditions, your wish list of items for your future outdoor space.
